Thanks for shopping with us! Every blanket is made to order just for you, so here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.

Order Processing (2–3 Business Days)

Once you place your order, our team reviews and confirms your details — payment verification, design confirmation, and shipping information. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and we'll begin preparing your item for production.

Production Time (3–5 Business Days)

We don't keep pre-made stock. Each blanket is printed and woven to order, which means your design is created fresh, just for you. This made-to-order process lets us reduce waste and deliver a higher-quality product — but it does add a few days before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery (6–10 Business Days)

After production is complete, your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days depending on your location. Orders may ship from our international fulfillment partners, so transit times can vary slightly by destination.

Total Delivery Estimate

From the day you order, expect delivery within 11–18 business days (about 2.5–3.5 weeks). Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your blanket every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within [X] business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

We currently ship Worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us before ordering.

Shipping Costs

We offer free Standard Shipping for all orders, and $10 for Express Shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped internationally, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are set by your local customs office.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays happen outside of our control — carrier backlogs, customs processing, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons. While we work hard to hit every estimate, these timeframes are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer than expected.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, contact us right away with your order number and photos (if applicable). [If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you're fully covered — we'll replace your order at no extra cost.]
